Delivery
For delivery, we always specify the address, time, and phone number of the recipient.
Delivery is carried out from 8:00 to 21:00 by taxi services and is always free of charge for orders over 1500 UAH. If the order value is less than 1500 UAH, delivery costs 200 UAH.
We deliver both at the nearest time and at a specified time. We deliver to any place: home, office, restaurant, cafe, school, train station, hospital, apartment door, and even if the recipient's address is unknown.
Before sending, we call the recipient and clarify whether they are ready to accept delivery so that the flowers go directly into their hands. If necessary, we do not clarify what exactly the flowers are and who they are from.
After delivery, we will definitely notify the customer.
Payment
You can pay for your order in our store in cash or to a bank account.
Payment in cash (or via terminal) is available for self-pickup.
